    This is the first I heard of Biofeedback, thank you for the video of the session. This is the new approach to the holistic healing that I am used to, I need to embrace this concept first.     Thanks for this informative post I just realized  one can use this technique to learn to control the body activities, like the heart rate, skin temperature and breath. In the case of anxiety and depression, learning how to control our bodily functions can reduce stress by balancing the nervous system.
